Shipping and Delivery Policy

We hope that you loved our collection. Before placing your order, kindly feel free to peruse through our shipping and miscellaneous policies related to your purchase at Ahilaya.com

Your purchase at Ahilaya.com will be an acceptance of our Terms & Conditions and Shipping as well as other associated policies.

SHIPPING :

We ship domestically and internationally from Mumbai, India.

We offer complimentary courier services on all domestic orders/ purchases.

International couriers are charged on a unit basis and are based on your destination of courier. The courier charge will be added to your tax invoice total at checkout once you have selected your destination of courier.

Kindly ascertain that your complete shipping address along with a working phone number that our courier company can call at the time of delivery is filled in correctly. All shipments returned to us due to an incomplete/invalid shipping address are subject to a return shipping fee. Ahilaya is not responsible for return-to-sender fees and the client will be subject to paying the courier fees for resending such an order. In order to avoid the above, kindly ensure that all your information is correctly filled out before finalizing your order at check out.

Unfortunately, we cannot split an order and ship to multiple locations. If you wish to send orders/purchases to different locations, you will need to place a separate order for each shipping address.

Your purchases are shipped only once your payment has credited into our bank account. Payments take anywhere between 24 to 72 hours to credit on weekdays into our bank account.

Once your payment has credited, domestic ready-to-ship orders/ purchases would take 24 to 48 working hours to process, which is 1 to 2 working days. Once your purchase is dispatched, domestic couriers would take a minimum of 3 working days and a maximum of 7 working days to reach their destination. When your order is dispatched, a tracking number would be emailed to you for tracking your courier.

Once your payment credits into our bank account, international ready-to-ship orders/ purchases would take 24 hours to 48 hours to process, which is 1 to 2 working days. Once your purchase is dispatched, international couriers would take a week to 10 days to reach their destination.

Any unprecedented discrepancies or delays in your order would be intimated on your registered email address. Kindly keep a check on the same for more information on your purchase.

We do not ship on weekends and national holidays.

Orders placed after 2pm on Friday may not be processed until the following Monday.

Once your order is dispatched, a tracking number would be emailed to you for tracking your courier.

If you are facing trouble tracking your package with the tracking number we provide, kindly contact us on [email protected] while referencing your full name and order number in the email.

REFUNDS and EXCHANGES :

All purchases/orders are checked thoroughly for any defects by our Quality Control team prior to dispatch.

Our garments are handmade/ embroidered by skilled artisans. Any variations that occur during this hand process enhance the unique quality of the product and are not to be treated as defects.

We do not process any exchanges or refunds.

Before making your payment, we request you to verify with care the size chart and details of the product you are finalizing for your purchase. Our sizes correspond to French clothing.

If for some reason we are not able to ship your purchase, we will intimate the same to you on your email ID registered with Ahilaya.com, along with correctional measures that would be undertaken at such an event.

Ahilaya is not responsible for issuing exchanges or refunds on purchases damaged in transit.

Ahilaya is not responsible for processing refunds for any lost or stolen products / packages / shipments.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND OTHER IMPORT LEVIES :

Our shipping charges do not include any customs, duties and other import levies / charges. All applicable customs, duties, VAT and other levies are to be borne by the client in the country of your destination.

Customs and duties which are to be borne by the client / recipient are country specific and are dependent on the prevailing customs and duties in the country of your destination. The customs and duties, if applicable in your country, will be assessed by the courier company and must be paid by the client / recipient in order to receive your purchase.

Ahilaya will not be responsible for non-delivery of purchases of orders in case such taxes and duties are not settled by the client / recipient at the delivery address. If the recipient / client fails to pay the duties and taxes applicable in their country, due to which the authorities of that country do not release the recipient’s purchase to them, Ahilaya will not be liable to refund the amount of such a purchase.

PRICES :

For purposes of convenience, we have offered our pricing in both INR and USD. Clients where the shipping address is out of India would be required to purchase in USD.

All purchases that are made with an Indian shipping address can be paid in INR.

All our prices for domestic and international purchases are inclusive of taxes.

Customs, duties and other tariffs are not applicable for domestic orders
